Welcome to all-projects.com! These Terms of Use describe the terms applicable to your access and use of the site All-projects.com. This document is a legally binding agreement between you as a user of the site (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your" or "User") and the subject of All-projects.com specified in paragraph 2.1 below (called "we", "our" or " All-projects.com "in the future).

13. 2.5. Some services may be provided by affiliated entities of All-projects.com on behalf of All-projects.com.
14. 3. Users in general
15. 3.1 As a condition of your access to the Site or Services and use, you agree that by using the Site or the Services you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
16. 3.2 You agree to use the Site or the Services solely for your personal and internal purposes. You agree that (a) you will not copy, reproduce, download, republish, sell, distribute or resell any Services or any information, text, images, graphics, video clips, sound, directories, files, databases or lists (b) you will not copy, reproduce, download, compile, or otherwise use any of the site's content for business purposes competing with All- projects.com, or otherwise commercial use of the site content. It is prohibited to use any content or materials on the Site for any purposes that are not expressly permitted in the Terms.
17. 3.3 You should read the Privacy Policy of All-projects.com, which regulates the protection and use of personal information about Users belonging to All-projects.com and our affiliates. You accept the terms of the Privacy Policy and agree to use personal information about you in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
18. 3.4. All-projects.com may authorize users to access content, products or services offered by third parties through hyperlinks (as text links, banners, channels, or otherwise), APIs, or otherwise to third party websites. Before using the Site, you are advised to read the terms and conditions of the website and / or privacy policy. 22. 4. User Accounts

The User agrees to notify All-projects.com immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or your account or any other breach of the security of your account.
26. 4.4. The User agrees that all actions that occur in your account (including the publication of any information about the company or product, click to accept any additional agreements or rules, subscribe or make any payments for any services, send letters using email account or sending SMS) will be deemed to be generated by the User.
27. 4.5. The user acknowledges that sharing your account with others or allowing multiple users outside your organization to use your account (collectively, "reusable") can cause irreparable harm to All-projects.com or other users of the Site. 36. c) not contain information that is slanderous, threatening or harassing, obscene, undesirable, offensive, sexually explicit or harmful to minors;
37. d) do not contain information that is discriminatory or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
38. e) not violate the Product Listing Policy, other terms or any applicable additional agreements (f) not to violate any applicable laws and regulations (including, without limitation, those that govern export controls, consumer protection, unfair competition or false advertising) or encourage any action that may violate any applicable laws and regulations;
39. g) not link directly or indirectly to any other websites that contain any content that may violate the Terms.
40. 5.6. Every user further represents, warrants and agrees that you will:
41. a) to operate on the Site in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations;
42. b) conscientiously conduct your business transactions with other users of the Site;
43. c) carry out its activities following the Terms and any applicable Supplementary Agreements;
44. d) not use the Services or the Site to deceive any person or organization (including but not limited to the sale of stolen items, the use of stolen credit / debit cards);
45. e) do not impersonate any person or organization, distort yourself or belong to any natural or legal person;
46. f) do not engage in spam or phishing;

57. 6. Violations by the user

62. b) All-projects.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such User used a stolen credit card or other false or misleading information in any transaction with a counterparty;
63. c) All-projects.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that any information provided by the User is not current or complete or incorrect, inaccurate or misleading, or;
64. d) All-projects.com believes that the User's actions may result in financial losses or legal liability of All-projects.com or our affiliated persons or any other Users.
65. 6.4 All-projects.com reserves the right to cooperate fully with state authorities, private investigators and / or third parties injured in the investigation of any suspected criminals or civil offenses. In addition, All-projects.com may disclose the identity and contact information of the user if required by a government or law enforcement agency, an injured third party or as a result of a court call or other legal action. All-projects.com is not liable for damages or results arising from such disclosure, and the User agrees not to bring any action or claim against All-projects.com for such disclosure.
66. 6.5 If the User violates the Terms, All-projects.com also reserves the right to publish records of such violation on the Site. 77. 8.2 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, All-projects.com MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE REPRESENTABILITY, ACCURACY, CORRECTNESS, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, STABILITY, COMPLETENESS OR CURRENT OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITES; All-projects.com DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTION, IMPORT, EXPORT, DISTRIBUTION, OFFER, DISPLAY, PURCHASE, SALE, AND / OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED ON THE SITE DO NOT INFRINGE ANY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES; And All-projects.com MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND CONCERNING ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED ON THE SITE.

97. 11. Notifications

Notification to the User is deemed to be received by such User, if and when:

104. 12.1.In accordance with any Additional Agreements, the Terms enter into a full agreement between you and All-projects.com regarding and use of the Site and the Services and supersede any prior written or oral agreements on the same subject.
105. 12.2 All-projects.com, and you are independent contractors, and no partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee is intended or created by the Terms.
106. 12.3 If any provision of the Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deleted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in force and shall be enforceable.
107. 12.4. The headings are for reference purposes only and do not in any way define, limit, interpret or describe the volume or volume of such a section.
108. 12.5. Failure by All-projects.com of any right or inability to act in respect of any breach by you in accordance with the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of this right or a waiver of the right to All-projects.com to act in respect of subsequent or similar violations.
109. 12.6 All-projects.com has the right to assign Terms and Conditions (including all our rights, interests, duties and obligations in the Terms for any person or organization (including any affiliated entities of All-projects.com), to assign, in whole or in part, Terms for any person or organization.
